Monday: Ch-10, Energy, section reviews and chapter review is due today. Students will study for the test during the class.Tuesday: Test on ch-10, Energy, Temperature, and Heat. Next, we will discuss sec-6.1, Atoms and Moles.
Thursday: Discussion on sec-6.1, will continue today as well. We will learn about counting by weighing, atomic masses, calculating mass, the mole, and Avogadro's number. Students will work on numerous problems to find the atomic masses of various compounds.
Friday: Discussion on sec-6.2, Molar mass and percent composition. Do the section review for homework.
